For this Cascade Public Media (“Cascade PBS”) The Nosh Newsletter giveaway for one pair of tickets to the Cascade Public Media Rachel Belle Food Fight event, you must be a subscriber to The Nosh Newsletter (subscribe here) to be eligible for entry into the giveaway. You also must provide a valid email address as part of the entry process so you can receive the winner’s notification (pending verification). Please note that if you do not respond to the winner notification e-mail message, your entry will be disqualified and another winner will be selected via a random drawing from The Nosh Newsletter subscribers as of November 2.
Only one entry per person is allowed into the giveaway. Automated entries or entries sent via a bot will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to participate in the giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an account by an email provider.
All entries become the property of CPM and will not be acknowledged or returned. Enter by November 2, 2026, at noon Pacific Time. Winning entries will be determined among all eligible entries in a random drawing on November 2, 2026 and you will be notified via your email address provided on the entry form submitted for the winning entry. One winner will be awarded a pair of tickets for the Cascade Public Media Rachel Belle Food Fight event with a cash value of $40. Prizes will be awarded to one winner. In the case of a tie between eligible entries, a random drawing of the entries will be held to determine the winners.
ELIGIBILITY
Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (including the District of Columbia), 18 years of age or older. Employees and agents of CPM, their immediate families and residents of other countries, including Canada, are ineligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or contribution is necessary. You’ll be entered into this giveaway by being a subscriber to The Nosh newsletter or you can enter by mail via a postcard addressed to CPM The Nosh with Rachel Belle Food Fight Ticket Giveaway, 316 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122 with your name, street address, and valid e-mail address. Postcards must be received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific time November 2, 2026. No other method of entry will be accepted. Entry period begins October 26, 2026 at 9 a.m. Pacific Time and ends November 2, 2026 at noon Pacific Time.
By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Incomplete entries are void.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on November 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received by the deadline above. The winner will be notified on November 2, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be reached after 24 hours from the notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing as described above.
GENERAL
By entering, participants agree CPM, its employees and its agents have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by entering the drawing. CPM makes no warranties and disclaims all warranties, guarantees or representations express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, or merchantability of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. CPM reserves the right to change giveaway dates and substitute a prize of equal value. The prize will be made available to the winner upon winner’s response to CPM’s email notification.
CPM reserves the right to cancel this drawing and not award the prize if in its judgment unforeseen developments warrant cancellation.
