It’s fast and easy to do!

  1. Log in to your Cascade PBS My Account page and click on the "Manage Membership" button. 
  2. You will then be prompted to confirm your account email address. Type in your email address, then check your personal email inbox for an email from Cascade PBS. That email will provide a secure link to enter the Supporter Hub.  
  3. Click "Manage Recurring Commitments" to view your monthly payment(s)*.
  4. Click on the monthly payment you want to update.
  5. Click on "Add a new payment method" to change your sustainer payment method to "Bank."
  6. Enter your banking information, click "add" and you're all set!

*If you don't see your recurring donation listed, please contact our Donor and Audience Relations Team, 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday at 800-937-5287. You can send an email anytime to customerservice@cascadepbs.org.
