**Join us for a documentary film screening focusing on Washington state mobile home park tenants, followed by a Q&A with Cascade PBS reporters.** 

In *Priced Out: Fear and Resistance in WA Mobile Home Parks*, the Cascade PBS Investigative team examines the practices of mobile home park ownership group Hurst & Son in Washington state. Residents say sudden increases in rent and cuts to maintenance have made it difficult to continue to afford their homes.
